I am big on making simple recipes. Since I don’t have a lot of time to make big meals, I love making food I can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I love making asparagus! I love it with soft boiled eggs, and it’s great as a side dish for dinner.

One bunch of asparagus – cleaned and the ends trimmed
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place asparagus on the baking sheet covered in parchment paper and drizzle with avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes depending on how crunchy you prefer the asparagus
